This policy explains what personal data SAINTECH collects through this website and how we use it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
When you join the early access list, we collect your email address, your approximate location (country and city, derived from your IP address), your browser user agent, and your language preference. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
We use this data only to manage the Project ADE early access list and to understand where interest comes from. The legal basis is your consent, which you give before your email is submitted.
Who we share it with
Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore). Your IP address is processed by our geolocation provider (ipwho.is) solely to determine your approximate location. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your data until you ask us to delete it or until the early access program ends.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@saintech.org. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Storage on your device
We store your language choice in your browser (localStorage) and cache your approximate location for the session (sessionStorage). These are functional and are not used for tracking.
